My husband, Daniel, likes that Ortex is very easy to work with when scheduling for them to come. The servicemen are friendly and seem of good character. They are thorough and do an excellent job. They also take the time to send reminders in the mail of upcoming appointments. We would highly recommend them!

Great customer service! Always can depend on them to show up which is becoming less and less common. Always nice if I call office! In a perfect world it would be nice to have the same tech showing up for awhile! Keep up the good work!
