HTP is a solid pest control service provider. Their prices are reasonable. The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. I've never had a single bad experience with any of their service techs...they're all professional and courteous. They show up on time, within the appointment window without fail. The one thing holding me back from a flawless 5-star rating is the scheduling system. I have an unpredictable work schedule, so not being able to schedule well in advance, and getting a notification about the appointment with less than 72 hrs - often on the weekend with the appointment on Monday and no way to call the office to reschedule - simply doesn't work well for me. Otherwise, top notch company, highly recommend!

Have had HTP service for years. Always professional and courteous. Matt did an excellent job and mentioned several ways to help prevent the pests from getting in.. Very pleased with all HTP services and staff.

Don’t call me back if you’re gonna flop as a company and let me go a second time.

We will not be renewing our contract when it is finished. The time and date the tech comes to spray is determined by the company with no flexibility or respect for the home owners schedule. Their only fix to the issue is they just HAVE TO spray outside to keep the contract viable. This only drives the bugs inside making our ant situation worse. Highly suggest a more flexible company that is respectable of the homeowners schedule.

When austin was there they were great now this new guy quinn takes over and he is rude and arrogant attitude over coming out and doing some things we have left them.and found someone else austin had told us things for diffrent items and this guy gets rude and nasty to us when we ask questions would not reccomend them now

Very pushy came to my home,PARKED IN FRONT YARD got in wife's face and told her he was about to dig yard up to remove canisters,was very threatening as well as aggressive with wife tried to edge his way through my front door.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

We just had our termite stakes removed, all thanks to a very rude girl in the office who doesn't know what customer service means. We paid a lot of money to have those put in a few years ago. A tech was out late last year to check them, didn't even talk to us, we only knew he had been there by a card hanging on the door knob. We never received an invoice, then about 5 weeks ago my husband received a rude, nasty phone call about an unpaid bill. When he asked when it was mailed she told him they didn't do that anymore, they e-mail them now. Well since we never gave them an e-mail that didn't happen. She absolutely refused to send an invoice. We may be old fashioned but we absolutely do not pay bills online. She was very rude and said they would come out and pull the stakes. My husband said go ahead. He had even suggested they send an invoice out with the tech when they come to check them. Nope, it's either e-mail or nothing. So we choose nothing. We've been using store bought termite stakes around our other out buildings and they seem to work just fine, at a fraction of the cost. So all in all the money we spent with them was pretty much money down the drain. Sad, since it's all due to one person.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! If I could take stars away I would, but that's not possible so I give you a 1. I wouldn't let them spray my home with a small can of raid! Customer service was terrible and they are rude. They weren't even willing to give a percentage off for bad service or pest problems continuing. They just show up without letting you know and will spray and charge you and you never knew they were there! Horrible!!! Next! "Hey, Siri! Find me a Servall near me!"

Charged $825 to spray my house and to get rid of moles in my yard called them back because the moles never went away they came back tried again didn't work called him back third time they couldn't get rid of the moles said they would have to charge me again in other words they really didn't do anything for

The guy we had always showed up and late and he would never run our card at the time of service like we asked so by the time we wanted to cancel we had more than 200$ in fees. The guy spends all of ten seconds at our house and we still have bugs. Do not recommend

I have used HTP for 1 year now, that's how long we have lived n Huntingdon. We pay $60 every quarter for them to come and check the termite houses they have placed around the outside of my house, and because of h=our busy hours at work, my husband and I are unable to be home for them to come inside and spray, but thy recently came out on 05/20/19 and left a notice they had performed a service of Sentricon Station Monitoring, which is the same thing I pay for every quarter, but because this is my annual check, they have charged me $175.00.. I am not sure why they check them every quarter, and charge $60 and now that its my yearly check it is $175. I do not know that they have done any thing different this time...…..My husband will have to call and find out.

I called for a quote of a one time spray. When they called me to schedule I confirmed price. When they arrived I asked one more time. He sprayed and kept talking and talking and talking. He asked me to sign his receipt and kept talking about things other than the spraying. They showed up 3 months later while I wasn't home and sprayed and left a note. I DID NOT REQUEST THIS SERVICE AND WAS ADAMANT THAT IT WAS A ONE TIME SPRAY. Come to find out he had me signing a CONTRACT and expects me to pay more money to terminate something I never requested to begin with. I will NOT pay this. I WILL tell everyone and I WILL NEVER use this company again!
