Unbelievable, mngrs wo t respond, wont help me ,still cant find insect, biting me crawling. all over day & night, unbearable. Us pest says theres nothing in my house!!! Terrible customer service. High priced, glue traps full of bugs, how are they the best??? Advertise on channel 5 that they protect your house, they do not!!! Told me i need thousands of dollars for encapsulation ofcrawl space!!! I NEED A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE NOT THIS COMPANY THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOIT INSECTS!!! DO NOT USE US

It is unfortunate that I am canceling services for both my home and business. After many years of good communication and service , my experience over the past 6 months has been abysmal.
