Worst customer service ever. I have called several times to get a termite clearance letter for my client, who has used their services for years and paid on time. I have been lied to for 3 weeks saying each tune that she is faxing it now but j still haven't received it. Now she will not answer the phone. This is really unnecessary as a clearance letter is very easy to give to your client. I do not recommend this company I give them a negative 10 stars!!!
