He was early to his appointment that same day and thoroughly checked my attic and around the outside of my home for entry points. We called Alpha Wildlife to remove a squirrel from our attic. Gene came out the same day and investigated to see where it was getting in. He was very professional and explained everything to us, answered any questions. The squirrel was caught in a trap a few days later. We decided to have the roof line sealed to keep critters and birds out. The job was done in a great and timely manner. Gene was absolutely great to work with. He came out to help with a wildlife issue at my job and went above and beyond what I expected. He set traps for a live animal and, when I asked if he could check under my trailer for anything else, he didn’t hesitate to help. He found and removed a dead animal for me, which was a huge relief. Gene was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. TJ came to my home, waited patiently as I was running late, inspected my wildlife problem and gave me affordable options to resolve it. I chose Alpha based upon online reviews as well as TJ’s presentation. TJ took his time, set the traps, sealed the entry point, and fixed the problem. I have not had any further noise in my attic. I wholeheartedly recommend Alpha Wildlife.

I highly recommend Alpha Wildlife of Memphis without hesitation. They were very thorough and diagnosing my problem on their first visit. I did have sticker shock when they gave me the price, but they did explain that they were not just getting rid of squirrels, they were fixing the issue so the squirrels did not come back into the house. The workers that they sent on site were very professional and courteous. I did have an issue with the end product and when I brought it to their attention, they demanded to fix it right away, which they did. I am very glad that I chose them to do this work on my house.

Submitted several requests to various companies in my local area due to concerns of there being something in the attic and Gene was the first to respond. He gave me the soonest appointment available and was very professional yet friendly. Although nothing was found in my attic, it’s possible the animal left through one of several entry points. He advised my mom on all the areas that need sealing to prevent rodent or wildlife re-entry. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services and wants to regain some peace of mind.

A squirrel army decided to set up camp in our attic. Alpha was kind enough to evict them and repair the doorway they had built themselves without city permit. Our experience was great and we would 100% recommend.

To the owner. I called and spoke with T.J. on Wednesday the 17th and told him that I had a critter in my wall and on Saturday the 20th T.J. came out and did a inspection and told me what kind of critter I was dealing with and he also did a full inspection and took photos of all the entry points that need to be sealed off to prevent future entries by critters. T.J. was very patient, knowledgeable, and kindly explain the process of critter proofing my home. It's employees such as T.J. that make good companies stand out. I look forward to the finished product.

Gene and TJ took care of the roof rats I had in my attic. We live in Arlington and we’re not expecting a rat infestation. TJ was great to work with and removed all the rats I had and prevented them from coming back. Great Veteran owned company.

Wow what an experience by Gene at Alpha Widlife. He handled our squirrel issue in our attic quickly and effectively. We no longer have to deal with the annoying noise. Fantastic job, Gene. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Very nice guy. Only brought one trap to catch an armadillo. Came by a couple of times in 5 days. A waste of $500.

I have captured several critters wreaking havoc on my landscaping and have always relocated them myself...raccoons, possums, and armadillo! But this time, the raccoon was so vicious, I was afraid he might attack me when I released him! So, l called Alpha Wildlife and within 25 minutes Gene was at my home to pickup the raccoon! I was happy to turn the release job over to him! Gene is such a nice young man! He returned my cage to me the next morning. I recommend Gene and would definitely use them again!

I had Alpha Wildlife come out because we thought we had something in the attic. They quoted me an insane amount (thousands) to seal up the attic and get rid of what they said was up there. I had another company come out for an estimate and was told a completely different story. It only ended up costing a couple hundred versus the thousands Alpha wanted. They told me that, even if I ended up needing to seal everything up, it would cost 1/4 of what Alpha quoted me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

My tenant called me and said a snake had gotten in the house and into the water heater closet. She called Alpha to extract it and they came right away and did just that. The reason for the two star rating is that the guy who came out had 101 excuses for not checking underneath the house to see if that was the only threat. He could have used a flashlight to look even if he were afraid to go underneath. He could have used a camera and a flashlight. It’s a small house so you can see everything underneath if you just poke your head or a camera inside. The tenant has a preschool child who is very curious and something like a snake might draw his attention rather than alarm him. The technician refused to check even with that information. He said he didn’t have to check because he “knew there were no more around because he is a wildlife expert.” When she asked him to just check for a nest or maybe the thing laid some eggs he came back with “oh, it was a male.” Snakes mate, sir, so a female just MIGHT be nearby and cozy underneath the house. He charged her $350 to play with the snake he took from the house but refused to give her the peace of mind that there are no more to worry about and to make sure she and her sons (one is a high schooler, who discovered the snake in the water heater closet trying to catch a mouse) wouldn’t be harmed. Just checking, sir, with the fee of paying you $350 was a reasonable ask. Alfpha gets two stars for showing up quickly, but also get “side eyes” for their customer interaction. Do better.
