Very late on appointment. Kevin is great but the owner doesn’t care. I called and they went to treat two others before my scheduled appointment. Owner said he can not control when other things come up. Those jobs must have paid more than my quarterly 4 years of business. The words , I am sorry never came out of his mouth. So they blew my appointment to go to others first , like they were more important and my time meant nothing. Kevin apologized when he arrived late. The owner could care less if you wait on him all day. Their service is no longer needed.

Reliable and professional service

They never showed up for the appointment. They never called to say they couldn’t make it. I got a call one week later from technician wanting to come. Acting like nothing happened. No one said sorry for totally forgetting me. Like my time is not valuable. I even called & spoke to the owner of company. I was very surprised that both men just didn’t care that they didn’t show up for a customer’s appointment. There was no apology or sense that they even cared. Being a retired business owner, I was surprised. When I spoke to the other owner, Emily, the week prior to book the appointment, I felt she was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and genuine. I got the impression she cared about her business and wanted to keep her customers happy. I feel that if I had spoken to her about the situation, our conversation would have been more positive and productive. I’m sad to admit because I like using local businesses, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Great business! Prices are fair and Kevin is a pleasure to have do our pest control.

They came and the pests are dropping dead. That is exactly what I wanted.
