We love Troy, we look forward to him coming every month. After my dumb ass brought a plant home that gave us roaches, we went with Burls because whenever we pass through Estill Springs we think they're a little boutique or antique store because of the bright pink sign😅. Troy is hilarious and does not judge us for having the bugs, he does his job well and gives us a good hour of laughter in a...not so great situation :) I have a huge collection of plants (at least 50, if not 100+, not including a 30gal terrarium) and 4 animals (two dogs, two cats) and none have been effected by the treatment! We have seen a major improvement in the last 3ish months, and I just found another hiding spot today, so Troy is gonna have his work cut out for him next time😅🤣. Troy we need you back!

One of your employees came & sprayed our home. Whilehe was at our home he chImed in & told my husband he would not do anything to the house he would file for his divorce. Your employee had no clue I was listen. He better be happy I didnt give him a mouth full. He had ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS CHIMING IN.! Its probably best he doesn't ever do services at our home again. He also looked at my husband with a funny face like I didnt have a clue what I was talking about. Sure didnt appreciate his actions. He definitely needs to be reprimanded

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Burl's. They have been very responsive and timely to take care of our issue. The technician Kyle has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

Took a chance with them but should have stayed with my old company. People are nice enough but they didn't explain they were going to jack up my concrete with ugly grey plugs. The other company I used did not leave unsightly plugs in my concrete for termite protection. The other company drilled but fixed it afterwards and it looked very nice. Unfortunately I assumed most companies operated in similar ways for this service but I learned the hard way that is not the case. It's too late now and I'm stuck with this bad job but will not be using them in the future. I will now have to pay for someone to fix my concrete because they refused and said that is just how they do it. Let me tell you not all companies mess up your concrete like this. It's lazy and unprofessional. Beware and make sure you have everything explained in detail in advance and you watch what they are doing outside to make sure you get the proper service you pay for. DO NOT Trust.

Termite

I had yellow jackets in my firewood. Hundreds of them. Burls sent out the Bee Whisperer. He found the nest behind a row of wood, sprayed, danced, vacuumed, sprayed. He came back the next day and did some more. They're all gone now. Thanks to the bee guy I can heat my house.

Reported as spam caller for cold calling me with a bot.

Coworkers almost run people off the road and the workers there won’t do anything about it. Even after many reports have been made.

Quite honestly, I have had a bad experience with the customer service with this company. I was having a clover mite problem. I reached out to have a technician check it out. The technician came and mentioned he can do it for a price and it is guaranteed to work. After a week, saw that the problem got worse and reached out. Mentioned that the chemical that was sprayed did not work. After speaking with the manager, she eventually mentioned that it is NOT GUARANTEED to work. If I would have been told that, I would have not accepted the service. As well, she started to tell me, they have done a lot of other work at my house at free of charge and taking it out in my face. I always mentioned to the technician, are you sure about the extra stuff he was doing. He mentioned, he does what makes the customer happy. Not expecting that the manager of the company to tell me that over the phone call and take out in my face. If the technician communicated that better, I would have not accepted the services in the first place. I truly believe in doing what’s best for the customer and this manager from the company is someone who does not care. After the conservation she pretty much hanged up in my face. Now I stuck with a $130 bill and nothing was resolved.

Great place for all your needs

Troy has done a couple of inspections for the wife and I. Always professional and detail oriented. I've contacted him with questions and he responds quickly. Kyle did a great job installing our French drain, sump pump and dehumidifier. Highly recommend Burls.

It is nice to hear every year after inspection everything is look, It is nice to hear every year after inspection neighbor complaining about the waste of money. They have termites & underfloor trouble

We have had Johnathan for the past few months and whatever he is doing is nothing less than absolutely amazing he is definitely representing the company they way he should. He is very respectful and extremely friendly 🤩. My home was infested back in the middle of last year when I moved in and now there is nothing. Its been at least 2 or 3 months since we have seen anything. Great company 10 out of 10 I will be recommending them to any and everyone.
