Do not use for termite inspection, they charge three times what most other companies charge. It’s my fault for not discussing, I had called several companies and had prices written down beside each name, but Leo’s was able to come out the soonest so I went with them. I obviously didn’t discuss prices (I made no notations next to their name) or I would have never chosen them. I just assumed they were along the same lines as everyone else. Nope! If you’re in a hurry or can’t get other businesses to answer the phone then go with Leo’s but expect to pay $200-$250!
