He did our termite inspections and treatment. The treatment proved reliable and the inspections conclusive with a way more expensive company. He is smart, reliable, quick, and efficient. I just booked him to do preventative treatment on our new home. He did not answer immediately to a phone call, but replied to the text that I sent right after the phone call with my information and what I was needing. He quoted a very reasonable price and I am sure we will be happy with his continued services.

I have been living in an apartment that had them on contract until now. The bug issue has gotten out of hand and all he had to offer was a glue trap. Mr. Shaffer is extremely rude and doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I have several reasons to doubt his certifications. 0 stars. I would highly recommend you go else where.

Steve and Jake were wonderful, although we still miss Jake. The price is way less than other places . The service works good. Sometimes we had scheduling problems but that was about our working hours and his not lining up. He is friendly, down to earth, willing to do little extras. He understands when things dont always work out and and we extend that same respect to him. Still you can beat his prices. Whatever he's using works!!!!!

I would NOT recommend. Does not answer or return phone calls. Mr. Shaffer, also, does not call if he's going to be late or needs to reschedule for another day. Which has impacted time I have taken off from work. Poor customer service.

Have been using them 4 months now because a rental has roaches. This is going on month 5 and still have roaches! We have called and explained the situation to the owner multiple times he comes back to spray but it doesn't do anything for them. Searching for a reliable pest company that can get rid of the issue.

Keeps my home as pest free as possible. Would and have recommended him to friends.

Mr Shaffer comes to my home monthly to spray for insects. We used him for other services as well. Very friendly guy, he showed up a little early for our apt. But waited until I was ready. I would highly recommend using them for all your needs

I called a few weeks back to schedule an appointment. He told me to call him the morning of to see what time he will be out here. I called him and he didn’t even know what I was talking about. I feel as if you are going to run a business, keep up with your appointments and what you are suppose to do there.
