Levi with Okeena Pest control came and sprayed our home for wasps. We have had a wasp problem for a couple of years which made it hard to hang out in our backyard. This is our 2nd year of treatments and if it works as good as it did last year that will be great! Levi was professional and got the work done timely. I appreciated that!

Collin was the rep who I spoke to initially, he made sure I understood the options and was always straightforward. Kelsey was a great help as well! Kevin was our tech and set us up with our termite infestation treatment. He was calm, informative and did the hard work to better our lives. 10/10 will recommend OKEENA. Worth it.

Austin Williams is worthy of high praise. He is thorough and very professional. He volunteered to fix my sink to stop a leak. He informed me of all options for my floors without being pushy. In my book he deserves a bonus for exceptional customer service

Kevin was super helpful and very quick with the wasp treatment and removal which was my biggest concern. He was also very helpful through the entire process of looking over what work needs to be done underneath my house to make it safer and more stable, he explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions and I feel that this company has given me a fair cost estimate on work. I will be moving forward with them for both pest control services and work on the house.

Terry H never came to the door to tell me what he was doing! I would not have known he was here if dogs had not started barking. He wasn’t here 5 minutes. I’m not pleased at all! I don’t know if he did anything except sit in his truck!

In the beginning, this was a well thought out and affordable service. However with each little pest they found, the price went up. For the bi-monthly service, it was $85. But if you got ants and termites, that's extra. Wasps are extra, roaches are extra. This place was worse than the cable company. The last visit the tech came out unannounced and told me he was only spraying outside and I wouldn't be charged for the service. With-in 2 hours, $85 came out of my account. I don't trust companies that lie. I canceled as of today and found someone else that can cover everything for the price this company ORIGNALLY quoted me. Not happy, very dissatisfied with their pest control, and won't be back after the dishonesty.

I had a better chance of buying raid at Walmart to get rid of bugs, their techs couldn’t kill bugs. They sent Jason out one time and now they won’t let him come back. Seems like he was fixing the issue

Great people. Sometimes I have tenants that will say they missed their apartment.

I do not know where he sprayed or what he sprayed for. He did not announce his presence or come into my home to spray. Is this normal? Had my dog not barked, I would not have known he was here.

🚩🚩🚩I would not recommend this company..I asked to speak with the OWNER and he never did call me back so if your are to busy to take my call then I am to busy to give you my money..… I gave this company AT LEAST three opportunities.. first time I waited a week for appt for first spray..no call so I called them.. then had a issue with payment..the guy wasn’t putting in correct zip code with the debit card.. also I told them FROM DAY ONE that time to spray needs to be afternoon.. well guy came around 10:00 a.m.. also had issues with date on coming to spray..when all they had to do was SET a certain day of the month.....I will add the individuals that came to spray did a OUTSTANDING JOB.. it’s (at least two) of those in the office are NOT TRUSTWORTHY.. I could go on, but I won’t.. I will say it again THE INDIVIDUALS that came to spray were kind and Professional.. to be honest they are the reason I said with the company for as long as I did.

Very unprofessional and undertrained . This company lacks proper management professionalism and training of its Techs. Dalton lacks training or clearly doesn’t care preforming services properly that this company offers. He was sent to my house to inspect termite bait stations installed a year ago and didn’t check bait sticks inside senticon stations. I informed management of his substandard work practices and was basically disregarded and talked to unprofessionally by Jason and referred as (Dude) during our phone conversation about the incomplete inspection service I received.
