Top notch pest control service. They offer basically any bug services you could need. Keith and his team are always quick to respond and extremely polite. They always show up when they are scheduled and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. HIGHLY recommend.

I highly recommend Causey pest control. Their service is great, highly affordable, and they provide excellent, personalized advice. Since it is a family-owned business rather than a large corporation, they genuinely care about your needs. Eliza, her husband, and her son are incredibly thorough. They take their time to do the job right and actually follow up on their work, which is so rare these days. As an added bonus, they are extremely cautious and thoughtful around my umpteen pets. Take the time to meet these people—you won't regret it!

I was very impressed with the quality of service and business practices. They notified us ahead of the arrival window, arrived within that time window, completed the service thoroughly, and provided digital documents before the end of the day summarizing the service with photos and diagrams of the area treated. In a day and age where over-promise, under-deliver seems to be the norm, Causey's really set themselves apart and will be our go-to for the future!

I chose this service based on location and reviews. I called and left a voicemail but never received a call back. I wish I could say I had a more positive experience. I don't like giving a one star review but based on this experience, I can't give a higher rating. 12/13/2022 I would like to revise this review. I spoke with the owner for about 40 minutes and he was extremely kind and apologetic. I know for a fact how spotty cellphone service can be in the Dover area. I've been out there many times and certain areas have no cell service at all. Anyway, I ended the conversation on a high note. His prices and availability were perfect for what I'm looking for. He explained the options and pricing in detail and I look forward to working with this company.

So I had a really bad ant infestation in my kitchen and bathrooms…. They were everywhere…. I called and made an appointment with this company…. Monday Keith came and was extremely nice since day one…. And the pricing is just about affordable! Two days later and the ants are completely gone! And I even got a little something I found this morning outside! A dead black widow two days after he came to my house, now that’s what I call great and affordable service! I may sound like I’m being over but I’m just so happy with the service they gave us! Definitely recommend them!

Great couple...local business. Wonderful service. And they are down to earth. His wife, Eliza, wonderful little lady. I love it when husbands and wives work together. Shows strength and character.
