Atlas Pest Solution is professional and on time. If they run late they will call. O haven't hand any pest problems since. And you can call to speak with a person.

I hired them for an initial spray, but even a month later, I’m still seeing wasps, spiders, and grasshoppers all over. I called twice to request a respray, but both times nothing was done. Save your money—either hire someone else or handle it yourself.

This company is too big. They bill you even after you cancel, and you can't talk to anyone in charge.

The Technician Eric was great, but I would really appreciate that Technician will wear foot covers to prevent dirt traffic on floors and carpet. Thank u.

Asked the tech to change our sticky traps, and he said he only touches atlus traps so my wife told him we get a lot of bugs and had to change the atlus traps before our next service because they were so full. All of the other techs never had a problem with this as they could see how full they were. As a matter of fact, we never even had to ask them to change them, they would just know to do so. Even after the wife told him we can’t wait 3 months to change them out due to us living next to the wooded area, he still didn’t change them but rather asked her if we needed extra sticky traps. Nonetheless, I, the customer had to change them. He mentioned to the wife he changed out a couple that had the atlus stamp and stated they weren’t too bad. Every trap we have within the garage and back porch area, are full. Not sure what his definition of “full” is but if the trap has bugs in it, maybe it’s time to change them out especially, if the customer who is paying for your services asks this of you!!

I have used this company in the past and had an excellent customer service experience. Today the treatment was not as through as I expected and the tech was not very informative about my service.
