My grandmother recently battled a brown recluse bite including a hospital stay so I wanted to make sure that my house was pest free. Steve came out to my house and listened to all my concerns. He gives recommendations to keep pests from coming in. He was quick and efficient so i could get back to my day.

I needed a bait station replaced that was damaged by my mower. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and someone came out two days later right on time.

Kalen with 901 Pest Control was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout my service. Since I'm currently wearing a walking boot, it took me a little longer to provide access to all of my rental units, and he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain the initial treatment process, including the interior dusting and how he determined the best locations for the bait boxes. I really appreciated his thoroughness, clear communication, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

All that I have dealt with have been super responsive and very professional. I can’t tell just yet if the Mole treat has worked since it just went down. But 901 has been encouraging and I should see results within a month. Moles are just hard to rid of. Matthew was super and so helpful in getting our treatment down. Gave me tips to help keeping them at bay in addition to the actual treatment. I would highly recommend 901 because their employees are responsive, honest and helpful.

I used the service and the description is not as it appears. Besides having a large payment at the beginning there are auto payment every month It was recommended that I use traps. I called the day that they were installed because one of them was broken and the top would not close I was texted back that said that the man that I originally dealt with would call me back and he never did. Supposedly they come back and check or fill the traps or something but I still have the broken trap and I have never seen anyone from this company since the day the installment traps. I'm in the process of selling my house I wanted to talk to them about the new owner I am recommending that the buyer not continue with the service because they will not return my phone calls and I'm incredibly disappointed with this company I would not recommend them at all. They screen their calls and I had a friend call just to see if they would answer her call and they did. They refuse to answer my calls. I cannot believe they'll give a future years of business with the new owner when it would be just as easy to call me and have this taken care of. Buyer beware.
