We have been a customer of Dodson for the last 15 to 16 years. We get yearly Termite inspection/treatment and regular pest maintenance service. We have had several techs during these years and they have all given us great service including our current tech Joseph Davidson. Usually I don’t give reviews but I am now . We moved to Tn in March asked our uncle for a pest control people he used an he referee us to them . At first it was 150$ to start then 75$ each quarterly , but no mice traps were put out like asked , different people each time . I like consistency, then no phone calls or texts when someone was conning then I was charged for a spray that never was even done when I wasn’t home . I even spoke with Tracey a told her I didn’t like different people in my home each time . She told that couldn’t happen due to the amount of workers that weren’t staying . We stopped the service due to all the remedies of this problems . Especially with my animals an my kids . Sorry I found someone else cheaper a they have had the same guy a mouse traps as well with not asking for them or higher price .

Our service wasOK, not great. The technician did not call before coming. The marks on our hardwood floors left from the treatment are ugly. The treatment was spotty.

OVER priced NO shows UN professional Contracts Then, bugs were still a problem. I would call to tell them, their response oh just give it a few days, it'll get better. Yeah, they DON'T- I have since called other exterminator companies who serve the Sullivan County area, and most all do not have contracts and ALL were substantially cheaper. In an overall rating for Dodson I'd give them a -5 due to the way they've behaved unprofessionally in how business has been conducted. Prices compared with at least 5 other local companies Dodson is higher Reliability is definitely a problem Technicians talking about other customers in unflattering detail... BIG problem Being able to receive monies owed, currently a VERY BIG problem I will say, I am professional enough that should Dodson wisely and without further delay refund all $$$ owed, I will post edit to the fact. Otherwise this stands. Money matter cleared up... but without contact from management or owners

Never came back unprofessional. The manager Eric is extremely unprofessional he acts like a child. He will hang up on you it is an embarrassment don't hire this company. I even spoke to the owner of the company and he was just as immature. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

Would show up unscheduled but then never showed when a scheduled time was made. I lost 2 days of work b/c of this, either waiting around for someone to show or having to come home early to let them in b/c I had no idea they were coming. Massive lack of communication somewhere with these guys. When I called to figure out what was up the supervisor accused me of going above his head to his boss, which is false. The only person I ever spoke to was the sales guy. Because of this, we would never use Dodson again for any reason.

They treated my home for bed bugs, however they didn't get rid of them I was told by Eric the regional manager that they did all they could. I've ee. bitten several times by the bed bugs and was told by the manager it wasn't a bed bug. I went to the VA and was told by the doctor that the bites did come from bed bugs.

I had an appointment for someone to come out and spray but had to cancel cause my child was sick with the flu. I called and left a message to reschedule and he never called back, that was 3 weeks ago. Receptionist couldn't give any info either about rescheduling. Poor service
