Kevin and Scott were wonderful. Kevin was knowledgeable, informative, professional and respectful. He answered all the questions we had, and even let us know things we didn't. Scott was a new employee training with Kevin. Scott was receptive, professional and respectful. Both did an excellent job. The overall experience was pleasant. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the guy that came out. He knew immediately what we were alarmed about. Not only was he very knowledgeable but also very polite and friendly. Could have charged us for anything. We didn't have a clue. Instead he immediately told us our problem is extremely noninvasive! Only bugs from all the trees and woods. Barne's is highly respected, honest, very knowledgeable about everything they do and trustworthy!! Also their prices have always been very fair. I've been a customer for over 30 years now. I've called them thru the years for everything from fleas to bees to spiders! And if there is ever another problem, they'll be the only ones I'll call!!!
