DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My 7 month contract was canceled without me knowing only 5 months into the contract. When I called to ask why the woman who answered the phone didn’t want to answer my questions, couldn’t give me a timeframe of when I would be called back, and honestly acted like she could care less! Our service tech was a nice and polite guy, but at the end of the day, we had to change companies as our spider/insect issues got much worse over the course of our treatments from Orkin. We reached out to them and gave them the opportunity to step up on the treatment, but they did not. Regarding their satisfaction guarantee, please note that you will still be charged the contract price, subject to a 30-day advance cancellation notice. Nice folks, I just wish they could kill bugs…. Very disappointed with service yesterday. Was told the reps would smoke to kill the bees and remove and take away the yellow jacket hive. Rep said they won’t do it and that the sales reps tell you whatever you want to hear to get the appointment. They only sprayed some liquid on the roof and said that’s all they will do. After that, they inspected the house and said they found mice droppings in the attic which they could eliminate for over $6,000 by spraying some insulation around the attic. Al
