They are disorganized and can’t keep their records straight. The communication between their service providers and the people who look at your account and know what has been discussed doesn’t happen! There is no communication between the people you speak to on the phone and the billing department. The place is disjointed at best. The service providers are nice, though. And when you talk to the people on the phone they are pleasant. I just wish they would communicate with each other!!!
