They have been given plenty of chances and they just cant keep up with their promises. I also found out today my parents are also having problems with no call no shows and being overcharged. Along with one of their friends who has also been having problems with masseys. I will no longer be going thru them. Update: they are trying

Harley from Chickamauga far exceded my expections while inspecting my attic crawl space. My wife swore there were wild animals building a colony inside our ceiling. I told her it was probably just birds jumping around on the roof. She didnt believe me and called Massey services of Athens Tennessee. When he comes out to spray they vanish! If you’re thinking about using him as an exterminator I 100% recommend him. He’s work is great and worth it. McMinn does an amazing job! This is our second year using him. He is efficient, friendly, does things in a timely manner and no judgment! Would recommend him every time!, Did a home inspection for us too. Very friendly, timely and professional!"
My exterminator showed up on time and was very professional. The added plus was that all the bugs disappeared after first visit. Will continue doing monthly visits for 2 more months, just in case
