Tanner said he’d be out yesterday and was a no-show. I called him and he answered. He said, he’d call me right back but never did. Would not recommend.

Tanner came out and sprayed my yard twice this summer. I have not had a single mosquito bite while enjoying my patio or mowing my yard. No flies on my deck either so we can enjoy meals on the deck without pesky flies. I haven’t had a single fly in my house this summer - amazing! The owner was also very polite and kind - would hire again.

Awful service awful follow through and definitely definitely some issues with accessing and identifying owners parts and actions in anything. Lyon county Larchwood gal. That video would not fit here

I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Olson's pest technicians are amazing. The customer service I had received from Terminix and Orkin is far superior than Tanner here at Ace Pest Control. I called multiple companies yesterday and I was able to find someone to come out and do an inspection sooner than Tanner. I texted him letting him know that I found someone else and I thanked him. After the text conversation I called him trying to see whats going on, and rectify the situation. During that conversation he proved why he's having to spend so much money to get calls. Please spend your money with a company that actually cares to have your business and won't passively aggressively try to threaten yours. We ended up going with Olson's pest technicians, they were able to do an inspection right away and put our fears of roaches to rest.

Very unprofessional when asked for the quote after looking at the bedroom to spray he said “not very much” after supposedly spraying the room because he closed the door he said it was $600. $600 in my book is not at all not very much nor did he give me a receipt or anything seemed very sketchy and felt like a scam would never recommend
