Melissa and Gene responded immediately when I had an issue with bats in my attic. Not only were the pests removed, but they did an excellent job of clean-up as well. Gene is an absolute stud, and I would hire this team again in a heartbeat.

Bats took up residence in our attic vent above the garage. Gene and Melissa (GRS) did a fantastic job. Before dealing with the bats, they identified a potential side problem of bat bugs caused by the bats presence. They recommended a company to first spray for the bugs and then proceeded to make sure all the bats were gone and repaired the attic vent including screening to insure the bats would not return. Professional, personable, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable describes how they operate and I highly recommend them to anyone with a wildlife problem.
