Thank you for making the time to submit a review for Arsenal. The only interactions we have had with you are in reference to a past due bill. Typically, we collect for service at the time of completion. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen with your service on 7/29/25. We did send 5 automated invoices, with no response. We then attempted to call, with no response. We then sent a text message: "Dear Valued Customer, This is Arsenal Pest Management. Your service account is past due at this time. Please call our office at 866-650-7378 to pay your bill and update your payment option." We are sorry you feel this is rude. We are unaware of any other interaction that would be a cause for concern.
