Ben, owner, treats you with respect and is always very responsive to your service requests. This includes calls outside of quarterly services. If you have any issues, Ben ensures they are resolved. Robin, my technician, is very professional and always delivers the very best services. In fact, Robin goes the extra mile making certain that he provides you with quality service and satisfaction.

They’ll cut you off in the chic fil a drive through, blocking out going traffic of drive through, then take up 3 parking spots to eat in the truck at peak breakfast hours. Accountability, don’t be POS.

Scheduled my first appt last week for today between 330pm and 5pm. I got off work early to meet the tech. 5pm comes and no one is here. I called to check in and was told the tech ended up at the wrong place. That's because they had the wrong address (2 pieces wrong so not a typo) and then they tried to call me on the wrong phone number. So not only did i leave work early, but I also wasted an hour and a half waiting for someone. Very poor first impression!

Charges per month but never comes to spray on time. Asked for help with mice and they were never dealt with. Have been paying them for months and nothing has been done. Stay away from this company.

Guy was soo nice.... I trusted him!! Seriously, great guy. It seemed. We gave it 3 days for everything to kick in. NOPE!!! ( Ant hills just seem to be all colonizing together (fewer but wayyy bigger hills!). And I (the only one!!!) still am getting eaten up by the fleas in the house!! Matt was really nice. If it worked the first time I'd probably ask for Matt specifically every time but my ankles!!!!
