When I was thinking about using you guys for your services I got 3 phone calls in one day and 6 in one week but when I owed 85$, that's right 85 dollars you send it to collections? The technicians that come out are very helpful and pleasant. I have had bad experiences though every time I’ve called for a revisit. Reception staff on the phone consistently tell me why things are not part of my service or why a technician can’t come to my house. They seem intent on preventing anything except for the standard once a month outside spray. If I can get past the phone call and get a technician to come out, all is good. At one time they where good in my opinion now 3 stars. Our tech was excellent corporate is the issue. They ruined our carpet with to strong of a spray, then we had to fight to get it replaced. There manager left who was excellent and his wife who scheduled. We are now with the managers new company.
