Employees are respectful and professional. A couple of items would be helpful relative to termite protection- 1) A technician came out to inspect the bait traps, no one was home so he left a card on the front door indicating the bait traps were inspected. But, he did not include the results of the inspection, I had to call him to find out. Please add a note on the card stating the results of the inspection, why wouldn't you include that? 2) Provide a price list to customers that provides the dif

Had a combined quarterly pest control and a carpenter pest control. They are separate services and well worth it. The technician Wes was very thorough and tenacious in tracking down where the ants were and attacking them with products that would control and eventually eliminated them. The great benefit of having old south exterminators take care of pest problems that they will come back when needed for retreatments. I've been a customer for 4 years and I highly recommend them.

You would have received five stars except for the fact that no-one contacted us about drilling holes in our front entrance and patio floor. It would have been nice if we had some warning and explanation as to why thus had to be done, Otherwise we are pleased with the service given by Old South, for the past 20 plus years.
