We’ve had mosquito service for years and it’s been wonderful because we can spend time outside. The fly service was not so great as we still had a lot of flies.

We have been using Mosquito Squad for several years.They treat our yard every three weeks and for the most part we have no issues all summer with mosquitos. If we ever do need a redo, they are so quick to respond and are out the next day. They are always so pleasant on texts and on calls. Highly recommend.

While they are very good at mosquito contol without a doubt and their customer service is good, i have told them for years to quit running my card everyday for payment. I get my soc sec on the 15th and to run it that day. But they wont listen. They run the charge everyday its insane.

I genuinely feel for the owner of Mosquito Squad, as it seems his employees are undermining his business. I had to reach out multiple times to report that the service was not completed. Despite repeatedly informing them that I have security cameras throughout my property, the issue continued. Upon review, this last time they confirmed that the technician had checked in and out in under 10 minutes — which is simply not sufficient for properly treating half an acre of land. To the owner’s credit, he did send someone back out to complete the service, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, the amount of follow-up and oversight required on my end made the experience more frustrating than it was worth. Unfortunately, unless there are significant changes in staffing and accountability, I would not recommend using this service.

When you reached out to us with your concerns, we were happy to report that, after reviewing both technicians' body camera footage, a completed service addressing all of the potential problem areas occurred. This company is not Completing the job ,if your not home or have a camera around your home to make sure the job is done…your being Rip off. Please pay attention to this company. I Canceled my contract with this company due to being Charged just for my little front yard and not completing the job. Unbelievable so not satisfied!!!! (Beware)
