Micheal came for months to get my rodent problem under control. They had chewed up all my ductwork under the house. I was essentially cooling the outside. I had no A/C all summer and no heat until now. He went under and replaced all the ductwork and fittings that were chewed up by the rats. The owner, Rickey, even called to check on how things have been going since everything has been replaced.
