Our technician (I think his name is Kenny) is always very thorough and does a great job. He does our quarterly preventative spraying for insects. We have not had any insects in our house since he’s been doing our service. No wasps nests or wasps buzzing around our house. We see plenty of dead bugs outside and on screened in porch but they aren’t getting in the house. Kenny is always very respectful and professional!

Extremely disappointed with Best Home Property and how this situation was handled. Someone came to our home, rang the doorbell, and then aggressively attempted to open the door after realizing that no one was home. They then proceeded through our gated fence and onto the property. Regardless of the reason for the visit, this behavior was extremely concerning and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe in our own home. If someone needs access to the property, there should be proper communication and procedures in place, especially when the customer is not home. Customers deserve to feel safe and respected in their own homes. This experience was unacceptable and has seriously impacted my trust in Best Home Property.

Had three previous companies treating my property, one for termites, one for pests and one for lawn care. On the advice of a neighbor I called Best. Not only did they come out quickly but they are very courteous, helpful and know what they are doing. Now I have one company to that takes care of termites, pests and lawn care. Highly recommend them.
