Terminix

I did a better job at keeping the ants out of my house than they did. I canceled pest control service but they still charged me another payment without telling me and sent it to collections. I called the office and the manager was supposed to call me back but he didn't and instead sent the bill to collections where it went on my credit. The customer service level of their admin folks is absolutely terrible. I called them several times and I never received a call back.

We moved into a house that had bedbugs and we didn't know it. I called terminix to take care of it. They proceeded with the heat treatment and told me that if they came back that it was our fault and they couldn't garuntee anything. When I came home the day they did it I still found some alive and now we still have them. I paid $950 for nothing. Do not go to terminix! Find somewhere else.

my parents have been paying for their service since the first flood that caused piles of roaches to swarm their home from neighbors. its been a little over a year with monthly service and I visited them last night and they are in tears because there are still roaches everywhere
