My technician is very good at what he does. Tyson is very professional and patient with me here at my daycare. The customer service they provide is top notch and a job well done.

Best in the business in my opinion! Friend was moving into an apartment and it was full of roaches, they had their own team come spray and it did nothing. Called Eastland and no more roaches!! Got rid of the waterbugs at my home also!!

My sister referred me to this company,and they are the best! I have used them twice over a 5 year period at my.home and their service is top tier. No complaints!!! Before u call any other pest control,call Eastland.

I love the service with Eastland Pest Control. I have only been getting service for a short while but enough times to tell they do a amazing job. I know it was more then the three strikes and your out and on to another company. I was with another company before but unfortunately they wasn't doing my area anymore. The company was also great and I was disappointed and figured I wouldn't be able to find anyone as good. When you live in a apartment or duplex it doesn't matter how clean you are you will still have pest problems. If the person next door is having bad pest problems in a lot of cases trust me you will too. I tried spending so much money buying sprays,bombs, powders, the stink stuff, etc. trying to do it myself. I think the roaches and ants was having a feast and house parties off the things from the store. After with these two company I haven't seen any roaches, spiders, or ants in my house in a long time. I want it to stay like that and Eastland doing a great job at that. The technician is so nice he makes sure everytime he comes back he gives me treatment like the first time. He asks my opinion on anywhere else I need sprayed inside and out. He makes sure I'm satisfied with the pest services before he leaves. He doesn't just spray a drop here and there. He talks to you with respect and don't make you feel uncomfortable. I love everything about this company. Even the lady that's at the office is so nice. If I could give them more stars I would. We've used Eastland Pest Control for about 2 years now after they were highly recommended by a friend of mine. Tyson will answer all your questions and get you set up with the right plan for you. They keep up with the quarterly visits and contact you when it is time. One less thing for me to keep up with.

Tommy came out today and was very professional and thorough with his work . He answered all questions we had and was very patient with my 9 year old's questions. I've known Tommy for a very long time and he is a very good man.

Pretty good experience, it's affordable compared to other pest control businesses in the area. I use for rental properties and tenants don't seem to complain so I believe their pest formula works. The only issue is because they are a small company with reasonable prices, it's difficult to speak with someone and make a quick appointment. They may not answer phone or contact back, and/or you have to try calling for several days but you do what is necessary. However when you get the customer service manager, Crystal, it is pleasant from there. She is very nice.

Eastland Pest Control is one of the most professional businesses I have ever come across. My appointment was booked in a timely manner and the person who came out arrived in a very timely matter. The employees in the office and out in the field are courtesy, friendly, and informative. Would I use them again, YES. Would I recommend them, YES I WOULD. I give them five stars for excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely love the service these guys provided. They were prompt and always asked questions as well as explained the services they provide. The entire process was a breeze from setting up the appointment to having the services completed. Tyson came out on time and was very thorough explaining the services and expectations as he worked. The service charge is very inexpensive and a plus is that they will come out free of charge if there's any issues in between services. Based on our service today alone my husband and I are very pleased.
