I have great pest service However I did add termite bond over 10 years ago The first 5 yrs they only provided crawl space inspection I am the owner only resident single family non HOA home At the 6th year it is a constant struggle to receive bait system inspection I just learned today it’s the LAW so once again this year I am very clear both to be completed Tech very good at pest stated he is only doing crawl space Apparently after speaking to office is was schedule for both the bait system tool

I have been a customer of Terminix’s for over 10 years. I have never really loved the service however it was easy to keep the same company and they did a job. I have however canceled my service with them today, One of their technicians had moved some of my rodent taps, I know for a fact that they did when I called about it, the technician denied it. Terminix did not offer to replace the two traps. and said that i was wrong! I saw with my own eyes. There was three traps when the technician had

A month after a termite treatment I found active termites, they said it takes 3 months for them to completely go away. Expect to have spiders and house flies, their treatment is ineffective to them. Over all I see more excuses then actual effective treatment. I get spiders have to have oral contact but everything I pointed out to the guy he had an excuse as to why the bug was alive on the outside and the inside of my house. I didn’t have these problems with other companies.
