Our backyard became impossible to use because of mosquitoes after recent rain. The treatment itself didn’t take long, but the difference afterward was huge. We actually sat outside for dinner yesterday without getting covered in bites. The technician also gave helpful tips about standing water around the yard.

Tyler comes to do our quarterly spray. We have had Chiggers, Earwigs, Asian Lady beetles, Spiders, and Ants. We didn't get just one or a few, we had hundreds in each swarm I think because of the woods behind us. Every time we got a swarm of something Tyler came out, assessed the situation and sprayed. With the earwigs he found where they were nesting in the yard and took care of it. We are so lucky to have them available right away and so knowledgeable on how to get rid of the swarms.

Elams Pest Control did a fantastic job on the termite treatment for our home. Grady Elam, the Owner, came by to quote the job and had his techs out the next day to get the home protected for good and bonded. Feels great to have the house protected. Freddy and Sam my service techs were extremely kind and worked hard. A company with a care for your home that I Highly recommend!

I called Elam's late on a Friday afternoon after discovering a swarm of carpenter ants. Freddy stopped what he was doing, came to the house, assessed the situation, applied a temporary treatment and then scheduled us for a thorough treatment. Freddy and Sam came out to the house soon afterwards and applied a thorough treatment. Freddy and Sam were very friendly and straight forward, and their work ethic was great. I highly recommend Freddy and Elam's.

This company has been a god send for a couple whose house was infested with bed bugs. Sam went over and above expectations with his attention, helping with the prep work, coming multiple times to treat the house, even treated the car. The owners gave advice and were very attentive to the house holders questions and concerns.

One star because these people don't know how to read a NO SOLICITING sign or follow community-wide rules against soliciting, and ring my doorbell anyway. Not to mention your solicitor actually sprayed outside my door and on my front porch without my approval! What if I had pets who can't be near pest control chemicals? Good job convincing me to never use your services and tell everyone I know not to either. Learn to read and respect peoples' privacy, and don't do stuff you haven't been approved to do.

I just received my 4th annual inspection from Ron and was happy to hear that my wood moisture levels were within range again. We had some pleasant conversations so I went on here to leave a positive review. I noticed someone had some scheduling issues. I gotta say I've never had any issues scheduling with this company. I've also never had termites, in part thanks to Elam's i'm sure. It feels really good every year to hear someone say they inspected the crawlspace and everything checks out. I had to put some manual labor in to get the house where it is and Ron checks on that work for me every time.

Do not use this company I was fooled Called talk to a nice lady told her our problem with the company we were using she understood talk a real good game set up us appointment Ron came out super nice guy told us after he treated the house that should we see anymore they would come back out no extra charge but to give 5 to 7 days so I did I called the company they set up a appointment for Wednesday 4 pm never showed no phone call nothing so my husband called him he say he was so sorry his daughter had come home and was not feeling well and had him messed up and he had went to the other job first and could he come out Thursday instead we said sure because we understood that when family comes to visit it gets a little chaotic Thursday came he was late but called said he would be there Friday for sure Friday came and went and still no Ron so for the 3rd I called the office talked to another young lady said it was a miscommunication between her and Ron and He would be there Monday by 5 maybe a little earlier but he would just have to work overtime and guess what????? Once again nothing Ron never showed no one ever called to find out to communicate with us this is not a company that wants your business and what a shame because Ron talked a good game

Greg, our technician was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very cheerful! He patiently addressed our concerns and thoroughly explained the process. We will definitively request him for our next quarterly pest control appointment.

Ron was the first man to come and spry the facility. He was on time, very polite, he explained everything about the service why and what he was doing. Just a great guy. I told him that I wanted to leave a review about his service. I forgot until the second guy came the following month his name is Greg he also has great customer service. He came in did the job and was on his way. I really like this company!!!

Elam Home repair sent Owen King to my house to give an estimate. I received an amazing estimate. I told Owen what I wanted and away he went. Owen works by himself and I thought to myself there is no way he can do all this work by himself. Well he fooled me. Owen is a one man construction crew. His workmanship is out of this world. He is eager to please and will treat your home like his home. He has amazing carpentry skills and he is also an avid fisherman. Owen King has been at my home for six weeks and has not missed a day, he even worked on the Fourth Of July.
