I was happy with the service at first. The more I understood the process I realized I was paying a lot of money for services I could do myself. I waited the year for the contract to run then cancelled. They kept coming and I had to call and email too many times to fight charges. Today they showed up without an appointment and said they were taking the termite housing for the bait. These were already on the property when we bought. Very hard to deal with them. I do not recommend

Had a rather serious sugar ant issue and immediately called Terminix because of their reputation. Within two hours they had an associate, Keith Parker, at my house and he went straight to work. Keith was a true professional, explaining everything from the cause to the solution in the simplest terms. Terminix is, and will always be, my first call for pest control.
