I was happy with the service at first. The more I understood the process I realized I was paying a lot of money for services I could do myself. I waited the year for the contract to run then cancelled. They kept coming and I had to call and email too many times to fight charges. Today they showed up without an appointment and said they were taking the termite housing for the bait. These were already on the property when we bought. Very hard to deal with them. I do not recommend
Had a rather serious sugar ant issue and immediately called Terminix because of their reputation. Within two hours they had an associate, Keith Parker, at my house and he went straight to work. Keith was a true professional, explaining everything from the cause to the solution in the simplest terms. Terminix is, and will always be, my first call for pest control.

We’ve had a contract with Harris for our pest control for a few years now. We really like them. They come quarterly, but will come if issues crop up in between services. The actual exterminator David S. that we’ve had the last several times is so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Harris and in particular David S. He is very thorough.

We’ve been with Harris Pest Control about four years. Eric, our technician, continues to be wonderful. He checks everything, gives great advice and recommendations. He’s always flexible, and I really appreciate his and the company’s willingness to reschedule when needed. I subscribe by the year which is super convenient!

David was awesome! Very friendly, explained where he was going to spray, answered all of my weird questions about bugs and took his time to spray the entire house inside and out. I would definitely recommend David and Harris Pest Control to anyone I know. Hoping this treatment gets rid of the bugs in and near the house!
