A huge lack of communication in the department. The techs were amazing but I would get one price from a manager and then call to set up and it was over double the price the manager personally quoted to me. My fiancé and I are very upset with this company. After he payed the initial price for the first visit they had told us that it would only be 74 dollars a month for our bundle.
