Unreliable and inconsistent service and communication. This is the second negative review I’ve had to make on this company in the last year or so. Every single time my tri-annual pest service or annual termite inspection comes up, I rarely receive any prior notification. Several times I’ve come home from work and found a tag on my door saying they were there, only to have to call them back and reschedule them to come back because obviously they can’t do the inside of the house or back yard unle

Terrible Service! Terrible Communication! We had Home Pest Control for years with excellent service. Rocket bought out Home Pest Control. They inspected our home in July 2024. When I called this September to find out when our inspection was scheduled I was told we had to pay first, even though I never received an invoice. After paying I was told the inspection wouldn't take place until November 1st. No Show! I called to complain and I was told the inspection was November 11th between 10-

I’ve been a customer of this business for years, this year they tried to charge me for mosquito service 12 months of the year even though I’m only have the yard treated for 7 months. I was shocked at how poorly this has been handled when I called to get the extra charges taken off my account because it’s November and I won’t need service again until April. I sent in a copy of my service agreement where it clearly states service would be April-October for $29 a month but they are trying to say
