David is a Person that gives hope in doing business with companies because he’s professional and takes pride in his work and is very thorough, I’m a retired firefighter we had training officers, very important to help do a job right, David would be a grt company training officer, you guys have a tremendous asset plz don’t take his work for granted granted grt guy 👍🏽

I've never been under a termite bond with a company that on their yearly check-in that they did not remove all cobwebs on the exterior of my home. Also I was outside when he walked through my fence in the backyard and he never spoke to me or introduced himself or said what company he was with. No notification was given to me from the company that they were coming to my house.

Terrible phone customer service today. After receiving a text reminder for quarterly maintenance, I reached out to cancel the account. We don’t live at that location anymore. The first rep was obviously AI and wanted to know why I was canceling. I had already explained the reason. Then it transferred me to a live person, but she couldn’t cancel and had to transfer me to “leadership”. The next live rep was not located in my town. Said she was at a sister location. I had to clarify the details with her. All of this took six and a half minutes. Not pleasant minutes either. I hate Cayce Exterminating merged with a company call “Look It” and doesn’t provide personal customer service anymore. It’s a stupid name, too. I still have my home on yearly checks for termites and quarterly maintenance, but will be LOOKING INto another pest service. A friendlier, personal and hopefully local team.

Every I spoke with from this company was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. The young man who came out to spray my house and yard was so informative. I can’t say enough good things about this company! The price for their exterminating service is very reasonable. I’m so glad I chose them!

John was patient, friendly and professional. He even brought his own shoe covers before entering the interior part of the inspection, which is helpful and respectful as my wife is super OCD with cleanliness.
