Ordered service with them a year ago. They came out the first time seem to have done a decent job. Second service that was supposed to come along took the day off of work to be here the technician never showed up never received a phone call from the home office. When asked about it they didn't give me much of an explanation and I explained to them that I was upset about taking the day off and they act like they didn't even care. After 11 years of being a customer u would think upon renewal that your yearly reinspection would be an automatic service that your branch would do. Nooo! Last couple years I have to call to set up reinspection. Then u tell Amy who answers my calls not only once but twice that I have two broken lids that need replaced, can this happen when service tech comes out. The tech has to remove lids to scan bar code so he knows they are broke. Does he replace them.NOOO! Call manger Carlton Lyons explain
