Yesterday there was a swarm of insects on the front porch. I called Dr. Killem, and their technician was here today at noon. He (Chip) was very easy going, knowledgeable, and honest. All of our questions were answered, and every step was explained. It is so great to have businesses that treat customers with respect, and honesty. And did I mention the honesty? Great pest control. They knew the area and that it is prone to ants infestation so they brought the good stuff. Usually lasted the full 3 months but if I had any issues between sprays they always came out. My only issue was when they didn’t schedule for the termite and showed up at my house. I know it’s an exterior inspection but not overly fond of having a guy show up randomly when I lived alone at the time.
