Reluctant Reviewer
Island Pest Control was bought out by Massey Setvicrs in Bluffton, SC. What a switch from a reliable, great service provider to a company which is unpredictable, unreliable, doesn't do what it says says, and is hard to get in touch with. Requires multiple phone calls in order to get service scheduled and more than several requests has failed to bring about notification when and if service will be taking place.

I called this company to get rid of my Armadillos. They said they could help me and advertised that they had 100% satisfaction. They plopped two traps down (when they set up the trap I had to loan them some lumber because they didn’t even have enough equipment to se up traps). No Armadillos caught. They still charged me $250. 😟

My experience with Island Pest Control over 25 years has always been so great. I know that their expert technicians will handle any issue I might have. This was especially true after Hurricane Matthew. Thus I have one less thing to worry about1
