Easy to schedule on the phone. Friendly and courteous staff. The technician showed up on time as scheduled, answered all of my questions and performed the treatments inside and outside. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We have not seen another spider, roach, or palmetto bug since the treatment was completed. We are VERY happy!!

First service wasn't as thorough on the front porch with the cobweb and larvae removal, I had to do it myself immediately afterwards. The technician was nice and informative, but missed some pretty obvious stuff. Manager called me and promised a better experience going forward. I'm happy to take down my review if next service is better, but will add to this review if it's not. I need my dollars spent to have value.
