Went online for an estimate for wasp removal. Never got a quote as they stated they would do.

After being a customer for over 3 and 1/2 years. I was overcharged for services that I did not change. Back in October or November I called to let the office know that I would be switching from monthly services to every other month. Technician still showed up the following month and I paid the invoice. Call the office reminded them that I was every other month. I was told that my rate would not change. Had the same services in January February March April and May and then my credit card was charged in June for $110 service. I called and spoke to the office manager Jeanine. She was snippy and rude and we discontinued our long relationship with them they lost a customer and she didn't care.
