We had a plumbing issues where we had a pipe burst behind the kitchen wall. Because of all the water it caused an infestation. After having Collins spray and treat the house over a period of 3 months the house is now bug free! They are professional and knowledgeable and extremely reasonable in price. I cannot rate them high enough! Thank you, Collins!

My husband left his wallet on top of his car while we were visiting our daughter in Beaufort. One of Collins emplyees found the wallet and turned it into Courtney. Courtney found my husband's Orthopedist business card and called them, and they contacted me. My daughter picked it up from Courtney yesterday. Way to go Collins!!!
Call to get a quote on pest control and deion answer the phone were very rude and unprofessional definitely wouldn't recommend this company

We’ve used Collins Pest Controls for years, I believe 5 to be exact. They’ve serviced 3 personal properties, along with several rentals/airbnbs we’ve owned. When we first started using them they had auto-pay which aside from an occasional expired card here and there it made things very easy & we kept our accounts paid up with ease. They did away with auto-pay and it’s personally been down hill from there. We ended up with one of our rental accounts going delinquent and owed a payment from I think 8 months ago. They would email with a reminder to pay and I would go into the portal and it would ask me to log in and I didn’t have any log in info. I called to get paid up after they left me a voicemail about payment. I’ve dealt with Courtney multiple times & she’s always been very nice & always the person I prefer to talk to when calling. Unfortunately this time I got Dion (sp?) and she was the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered and was not fitting of a “customer service” position. I was explaining to her the issues I’ve personally encountered with the payment system online and she basically called me a liar and made me out to be incompetent. She said “we have 80 year olds that use this system without any issues” - okay cool, just because they don’t have issues doesn’t mean someone else won’t have issues. After some bickering back and fourth she said “I think once we get this payment processed, we should just be done” and essentially fired us as clients. It’s okay because I would’ve been done with them regardless after that phone call. Not a great person to have working a customer service position and basically be a voice for your company. All of the techs are wonderful and Courtney is wonderful. I suggest if you call you press the option to speak with Courtney, not the option to speak with Dion…..
I specificall told the guy to spray a room where I had a really bad problem with fleas, he did not spray in the room. Very disappointing.
Never used this service, but the guy with the logo of this company in the back of his car blocked the drive thru and then was shouting multiple profanities at a couple in the line for honking at him about it. Unnecessary and unprofessional when you’re representing a company in public! Will never use this service based on that interaction.

Called them, like a movie, they came out out and gave us more bugs. It's like they want us to call them every week. At 55 a visit I can't afford that. Highly not recommended

You should have notified us, your customer, of the quarterly pest control rate hike. Just showing up and saying "It went up" was not what I expected from Collins. Rather unprofessional. We've been a loyal customer for a long time and appreciate your services but not this approach.
Thanks for allowing my termite warranty to lapse... I received no phone call or email for updated payment? “We send out two letters and assume you don’t want the service any longer” was the response when asked why my service was discontinued. You can “assume” to lose me as a customer. In 2017, a phone call or email would be common courtesy before allowing a warranty to just be discontinued. I no longer live at the address to check the mailbox. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a responsible agency to look elsewhere. This one has practices that date back to the 80s.
First impressions are lasting impressions. We recently decided to try Collins Pest control, as they came recommended. However, they failed to provide basic customer service. We requested a mosquito treatment and within 1-1/2 to 2 weeks after the treatment mosquitoes were already back in our yard. When I called with my concerns and asked if a technician could call me back I was told they would call me. After 1-1/2 weeks no one has called us. Overall, we aren't impressed and won't continue doing business with them.
