I don’t know how many trucks this place has..but they need better drivers. Drivers that yield when they’re turning against a light. If they drive like they do pest control then they suck. Hire better employees

They rescheduled the second spray 2 times. Should have been done 2 was after 1st and took 6 weeks. Will not use them again

SHS remediated my home for mice that we getting in my basement. Their technician Shawn was punctual, conducted a thorough inspection of my house. Found and took pictures of a number of troubling spots, He was courteous and explained everything so I understood my options. I made a decision for a strong pest barrier along the foundation and house. On install day, again he was right on time and did a really nice job. I would highly recommend Shawn and SHS to my friends and neighbors. I feel pretty confident the barrier will work well.

I do not recommend this company. Gave it one star only so I could write a review Have field mice issue... I paid $350 for a 20 something year old to come check my foundation of my house for point of entry. Never found it. Sent another young worker over and she couldn't find any entry ways either. They put down poison and left. Since then have still had issues. Called another company this week and they found point of entry within minutes along with other issues. Had to pay for the service again. Don't waste your money here.

Had an issue with a bad smell and they came and in 2 minutes said whatever it is is too far in my attic and he couldn’t do anything thing and left. Had to play the flat fee and now there is still residue coming from my ceiling.

I have used SHS for many years with no problems at all. The company has been sold and it is not what it use to be. I have been doubled billed and cannot get any satisfaction after two months to get my credit. Very disappointed.

Really rude guy answering the phone. Got defensive when asked about their security measures for keeping customer credit cards on file. Was rude then hung up on me...

PM I would like to apologize if you received any rudeness from our customer service department and would love to discuss this with you. We put our clients credit cards into your account and once that is done it is secure with our credit card company. The only thing we can see is the last 4 digits of your card. Please contact me at my office 401-849-0068. I would like to discuss your experience and be able to use your complaint in our next training meeting. I cannot comprehend why one of my customer service representatives would hang up on any customer since they go through extensive training.

They are great at pest control, but scheduling is based on what's convenient for them, not you, so plan to miss work for follow up appointments etc...
