We had an emergency bee situation and they were the only ones that said they could take care of a hive inside the wall. Scott was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

Highly recommend Pest Assassins! Not only for their professionalism, but they set realistic expectations & use minimally invasive, yet highly targeted techniques. They come to our house monthly & for quarterly inspections/assassinations and I’m always learning something new about pests. They’ve armed me with preventive measures that I’ve implemented and along with the tactics they deploy, we’ve noticed a significant reduction in pests we’ve complained about. I live in a 300 yr old house that was vacant for 9 months and was rampant with spiders, centipedes & other bugs. We called Pest Assassins after it became unbearable trying to manage it ourselves and this team is truly worth every penny based on how well they eradicate and prevent pests. We used another extermination company in a previous Newport property we lived in, and they were excellent too, but I will recommend Pest Assassins above and beyond the rest.

As always, the technicians from Pest Assasins arrive on time, are knowledgeable and highly professional. They are also very friendly with my terrier who sometimes barks a bit too much, but they take it all in stride. One of my mottos is if my dog doesn't like you then neither do I. So far, Pest Assasins is scoring a 100% favorable rating from my yorkie, all is good. Prices are reasonable and they always fix my problems, from rats to ball hornets, and digger wasps.
