The tech was great, the office staff/scheduler not so much. Apparently they give a 3 hour window but fail to give an industry standard courtesy call to say they are on their way or a 20-30 min heads up. When the tech was missed due to this as we had to step out for 20 minutes, the woman simply stated "we just don't do that" when asked about a call ahead and rescheduled another week out. After spraying eight cans of wasp spray over 2 days I had not made a dent in my yellowjacket wasp nest up under my roof under a soffit covering. I called Lincoln Pest Control they gave me an appointment after the long holiday weekend. They sent out a tech named Alex, who thoroughly explained everything including pricing and procedures and expectations. He was friendly and thorough and I was glad to not have to deal with these Yellow Jackets personally anymore!

We used SOS for our first full summer last year. They were very responsive, came out right away for an estimate and even applied the first treatment that day. We had a lot of broadleaf weeds that they were able to reduce dramatically. Our lawn looks healthy and green. There is no chemical smell or residue and kids play in the grass after a couple of hours. Highly recommend especially if you have children or pets!

Nice people, they do what they say they are going to do and when they say they will do it. Very happy with their fertilizer service and improvement in my lawn over the last 7 months...BTW, no relation!
