After reading some reviews of local pest control contractors, I decided to give Winfield Pest a call to treat my home (and several adjacent structures) for carpenter ants. Mr Winfield returned my call that same morning and inspected my property later in the day. We discussed options for treatment, including child and pet safety, and he was able to apply the treatment the next day. This year we've been spending much more time in the yard and on our deck with the recent stay at home situation and in the two plus weeks since the treatment we've seen a TOTAL of 3 carpenter ants on the exterior of our home and adjacent structures. Prior to the treatment carpenter ants were consistently walking on the exterior of the house, the deck, and the carport (Not sure of the exact number, but there was a high level of activity). With respect to value, the quoted price seemed reasonable to me so I did not shop around. After the fact, I spoke with several friends/family members and they said that they've paid more for similar services from the larger companies (which I was glad to hear). In addition to the effectiveness and value discussed above, Mr Winfield was responsive, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Based on my experience with Winfield Pest, I would definitely recommend them to someone in a similar situation.

Winfield was recommended through the Coventry website. I contacted him and he was there the next day. In 20 years we had never had mice and I was shocked to learn how many we did have. But peter took care of them with pet safe bate traps. I had to stop feeding the birds for a while but I’m taking a chance again. Highly recommended!!

VERY friendly, knowledgeable, fast and (most importantly) EFFECTIVE! Always answers their calls, even when they're on vacation! I would highly recommend them for pest issues. My pest complaints were for ants and spiders. Bottom line...no problem. When the seasons changed and the buggers were in full force, they came out the same day to give a touch-up.
