Scum of a company, just spraying chemicals in wild manor blasting over the fence onto other properties. I could taste the chemicals in my mouth from a second floor deck. Disgusting to use this service.

This company is by far the worst I called I was told they was going to do from the top of my drive way down to the end of my property line and they guys only did around my fiscal house I called and they said oh it’s more money to do to the top of the drive way the service sucks I wouldn’t use this company because they do not do what they say there going to do just adding a little more info I have cameras all around my house and this company didn’t even go into my back yard or on the side of my house they came to my front door knocked on it and then stood in front of my house then they walked to there van and one guy walked a little closer to my garage then they walked to the back of the van opened it up and did nothing so I’m not even sure if they even sprayed anything I just watched my cameras and they only show the guys in my driveway and at the front of my house so they charged me for what because my cameras clearly show they did nothing they suck and I’m going to get my money back or I will contact my lawyer

A supervisor, along with one of our service professionals, thoroughly treated your property to protect you from mosquitoes, spending 24 minutes working around your yard. Unfortunately, completing the full length of a driveway is not part of our standard service, which is why our customer service representative shared with you that it would be an additional cost to perform that task. We want to assure you that as Gold Level members of the EPA PESP program, we administer our product per the regulatory requirements of these programs, working to minimize the amount of product required to successfully control the targeted pest. The service we provided should control mosquitoes and ticks for three weeks. As a first-time customer, we wish you could have given the service more than an hour to experience results before doubting the efficacy of our service. BEWARE. CONTAINS BIFENTHERIN WHICH CAN BE TOXIC TO CATS AND DOGS. We were looking forward to having regular service, but we only had one treatment because this experience was truly awful. We decided to go with this company because they advertise as pet safe. However, their treatment contains bifentherin, a pyrethroid insecticide, which can be poisonous to cats and dogs. We were having work done out front and the workers had the front door open with our first treatment and the sprayer came and sprayed a massive amount of spray in the front of our house with the door open. That was the first problem. The second problem is when I called to ask about their use of pyrethroids, why they sprayed while my front door was open, and if they sprayed my backyard --the lady who answered the phone was extremely nasty and didn't seem to know their own product. She couldn't even pronounce bifentherin and when I asked her for more information on pet safety she told me to "google it". Now, this is ironic, because if you google pyrethroids you will see many many vets who recommend against it. It can be safe when dry, but they were wet spraying outdoors where a lot of stray cats are. I asked the lady about this and she asked if my cats were in the yard and I told her there were strays and she just had a terribly unprofessional attitude. After all of this, they continued to send me the $49 bill three times a day for three days until I paid it. AVOID. Especially if you have pets. UPDATE: The company apparently has be confused with someone else, as my name is not Michelle and I do not even have a screen door.

We provided text and email notifications the day prior to your service appointment and no conflicts were made aware to us in those communications. When our service professional arrived, he noticed the open front door with the closed screen door in place and went to the door to let you know he was there to provide treatment. However, the construction workers inside your home ignored our service professional and did not come to the door. Both employees that were at your home then treated your front and back yards making sure to stay clear of the open screen door. When you called to share your concerns about the neighborhood cats, we provided you with the product information and informed you that the product is not harmful to humans, pets, wildlife, or the environment when used as labeled, which it was. Our main barrier spray products use synthetic forms of pyrethrins called pyrethroids. Pyrethrins are the natural byproduct of the Chrysanthemum flower. Synthetic pyrethroids have a similar chemical structure as pyrethrins and are used in numerous commercial products such as household insecticides, pet shampoos and sprays, and even lice shampoos. We also offer natural, Botanical oil solutions for our customers who prefer a non-pesticide option. We provided our billing/payment requests twice and this practice was done to our normal standards. We don't tolerate harmful language to our employees, and we agreed to cancel your service when you called. We are proud to protect our customers from mosquito-borne illnesses and diseases. Purchased the natural option and it does work to significantly reduce mosquitos (not completely eliminate them) - the option to get extra sprays at no charge it it's not working is key. I have had to use this. Technicians have been professional. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price/value. If it cost less, or included more sprays for that cost so there were truly none (or barely any) mosquitos, or a cheaper option I'd give it 5 stars.

Service worked first time back in april for few weeks next time around big waste of money, family has been bite up by mosquitoes since they first came out . After speaking with Bob he seems more concerned about there 3 week system then fixing the problem that when they last came out was a waste of money and time mosquitoes seem worse since they left . Good luck just want people to be aware if you are not on they recurring rip off system this company not the way to go. August until now . Spoke with bob hes more interested in his 3 week system then solving the problem good luck to will take my business somewhere else

This was the first time that we ever determined that we’d try to spray for ticks and mosquitoes especially since we had a large event planned fir this past Saturday (7-17-21). After speaking with their phone representative it was decided to do a botanical ( non-toxic ) spray on 7-12-21 then a second application on 7-15-21 to make sure there was no questions of its effectiveness. The event started at 4:00 pm and by 6:00 pm I had several attendees asking for bug spray 1 1/2 can were estimated to be used and this coupled with two ticks brought in by our four legged family member. I called and left a detailed accounting of our experience-I believe Saturday night and left my cell phone. Well surprisingly I never received a call back and today’s Monday 7-19-21. I guess you don’t have to read to far between the lines to figure out how this business operates! Mind you the bills were paid in full the day I received the notice. Unfortunately we were let down by Mosquito Joe’s and cannot give them a good recommendation this review could have been different but they chose to ignore the voicemail and not return the call. Buyer beware don’t let this happen to you, try another outfit and hopefully you have far better results than we did. Good luck 7/28/21 I would like to rescind my first rating of Mosquito Joe’s in Cumberland. After the rating I received an apology from Jen for not responding to my voicemail. Simple miscommunication, while the two applications of the botanical treatment failed to give us the protection for our event they were nice enough to refund 1/2 of the monies paid to them. Clearly they are a first rate operation and do care about their clients. Many thanks for getting back to us and making this somewhat right. It is appreciated and will not be forgotten.
