Mice got into the basement, then called their friends over. got to the point I thought the only way I would be rid of them is if they died of old age. That's when I called Encom - THEY're GREAT! They understood the problem, sent Mike out, who placed traps throughout mindful that we had a dog - and explained the whole process. Great Customer Serivice from the first contact to meeting up with their expert. Mice are no longer a problem. Recommend Encom with all the enthusiasm I can. They're tops.

Had service for couple of years and immediate and instant elimination of rodents and ants. I couldn't believe it. We had the ants since I was a kid and just thought they couldn't be eliminated but controlled through the small ant traps. I was wrong. Note that the price I have is for an annual plan where they come a few times a year. Dennis is amazing as is Deb in sales. I really like this company and recommend to everyone I see that needs service.

I have had a pest control contract with ENCON for my business and home since they opened in 2006. I sold my business in 2012 but still have a contract for my home. When ever there has been an issue at either place, mice, ants, cloth moths, rats in the yard, a call to ENCON has quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend their services. This company was fantastic to deal with. They were professional, helpful, friendly and well priced. I can't recommend them more and they made all the difference in helping me get through a scary situation (bees!). I was so impressed with them, that I signed a year agreement. I am so grateful I can call them for whatever pest issue arises and I am so glad to have their services!! Also, the technician who came, Sean, was absolutely terrific in every way. So rare to find a company that hits all the marks!!

I am pleased with Encon and with the diligence and custom approach that technicians Mike and Dennis have taken in trying to eradicate a stubborn mouse problem in my house. Efforts are underway to clear up this situation and I am starting to see results. Office staff are friendly and promptly respond to scheduling follow-up visits.

No, I don't recommend it. I spent almost $1,400. And they came back, I called them and they said they couldn't help me because my warranty was gone. This company doesn't care about its customers. I fell into a deep depression, lost my money, and the problem got worse.

Horrible experience ever..... call to schedule a free inspection , and the technician never show up on the appointment day, when I call back the representative told me the one of their owner refused the case and cancel the appointment, when I ask why no one call me to notify me, she said it was last minute decision and they might forgot to advise me......

Called on a Monday and got a quote from Flavio of 275.00. Said I would call back. Called back and he told me they could help me that day 4-530pm. I booked it and he came back and said oops tomorrow. I said thats ok I am traveling tomorrow let me see if someone else can come. He said "no no we can accommodate you". Never came, never called, nothing. All they had to do was let me call someone else and be honest with me.

The quality is really good, because after they threat the ground there are no more insects. The price was affordable, the place was not too large and it was a fast and clean job. Thank you guys.
