The first time two guys came out and I had to follow them around because they would spray one wall in each room. And in bathroom didn’t spray just left a puddle by bathtub in the corner on the tile. We All went downstairs and and I had to remind him to spray at the base of all the walls. Then I had to tell him to do the window sills. I asked the other guy to spray the back deck for ants. He sprayed one area and the ant nest That I pointed out wasn’t even sprayed.I have that on video. They were suppose to come back and do a bomb in the enclosed dock area but never did. Second visit they called and made appointment at 8:30 in the morning which I agreed to. I asked if she had other guys to send out instead but they only have the two guys. I explained the issues I had with them and asked her to talk with them to make them aware that I expect more. On the morning of the appointment my son had to come into town (1hr away) and pick up my 95 year old dad for a PT appointment at 8:30. I get up an hour early so I can move furniture away from the walls and make sure nothing is in the way. At 8:10 am she calls to say they are busy and want to push me to the next week. I told them that wasn’t good for me because of everything I did to get ready for the appointment but she was unwilling to honor the time we agreed on. I have cancelled my service. My husband was surprised I gave them another chance after the horrible job they did the first time. I wanted to have a local company Because I like to support business in my area but will call someone in Broken arrow that will be professional about keeping appointment times they make and be knowledgeable on how to properly spray.
