This company needs WAY too many people to be cutting lawns. My neighbor used is the customer and they blocked my half of the driveway and had 20 dudes walking around the side of my house. Just standing around chatting it up. What the actual heck do you need all these people for such a small lawn how stupid.

We have used them for a few years now and our yard is not as nice as it used to be. More weeds and a whole lot of bare spots. This year it’s pretty poor looking Contacted them They returned my call saying they would come by never herd another thing from them

I was a customer of Platinum Lawns OK for four years, starting when my home was newly built. Overall, I was generally pleased in the beginning. However, there was one recurring issue that ultimately led me to leave. Almost every year, a new seasonal mowing crew member would damage the bark on my trees with trimmers, which ended up killing them. The first year, two trees were destroyed; they replaced one, which I appreciated. The following year, another crew member severely damaged additional trees. Initially, Kyle seemed frustrated when I raised concerns, but later acknowledged there had been an issue with an employee that day. We tried solutions, including installing plastic guards around approximately 35 trees. Unfortunately, once a year, a new employee would still damage the trees — even cutting into the guards. Last year, I asked Erick for help finding a more permanent solution, and he said he would speak with Kyle. This year, Drew took over and said he would come out to evaluate the situation. The only solution offered was installing flower beds around all 35 trees — and my annual price was doubled from $2,500 to $5,000, with the explanation that my yard was larger and they would now mow weekly. It felt less like a solution and more like I was being priced out as a customer for raising legitimate concerns. I simply couldn’t justify that cost. I have since hired a new lawn care provider at a lower price, and the owner personally performs the mowing. He guarantees his work and has committed to replacing anything that is damaged. The difference in accountability has been significant. Looking back at Platinum’s website, I notice seven people listed in management (three sharing the same last name), new trucks, and a nice facility — but not much emphasis on field-level quality control. In my experience, the recurring damage to my trees suggests a management-heavy structure without sufficient oversight of crews. At the time, I was disappointed when my rate was doubled so drastically. Now, I feel fortunate to have found a company that values customer concerns and stands behind its work.

Platinum Lawns continues to provide a high quality service (weed control and fertilization) at a fair price. They operate professionally, respecting my property and securing gates upon completion of their work. Numerous friends that I know who tried Platinum Lawns were pleased and continue their service.

They are a great family owned company and we would highly recommend them for any type of lawn service/maintenance or holiday lights. They know how to take care of their customers!

Platinum lawn has made a big difference to the way our grass looks. It is a beautiful green and lush. The service is consistent. It’s like it is their own personal lawn. As I reach age 70 I felt that I couldn’t push mow my grass in the summer time any longer, so I contacted platinum lawn and they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you PLATINUM LAWNS!!

Platinum Lawns does my yard spraying.I am happy with their services

I am very upset with platinum lawns. They have left my gates open 2 times, my trash can pushed up against the neighbors house. I called & talked to the office & do not feel like I was taken serious. I also am having to pay an additional $50.00 for spraying only my back yard for fleas & ticks. Last bill was $100.00. I told the office person if things do not change I’m going to look around for someone else. I was very satisfied with them prior to this. But I have dogs that are registered & if they got out they would be gone.

I lost my yard guy 3 weeks ago so I called platinum Lawns and they literally told me my yard that was only 3 weeks behind will need to be brush hogged when my yard had been cut with a push mower and it was higher than it is now! The things these companies will do and say to try and rob you blind is crazy! People be careful dealing with this company because they are not trustworthy.

Great company always on time.

I used Platinum Lawns for a few years and was completely satisfied. My neighbors commented on my beautiful lawn, and I recommended them to everyone. Most now use them. Unfortunately, I switched to a lower priced lawn care company with mole service and pest control. I called them after almost every visit due to some issues with lawn care or staff. They were mostly irritated by my questions and concerns. I finally was able to cancel after a locked in contact was over and I'm back with Platinum Lawns. They came out two days after I called asking them to have me back as a customer. They remembered my property, my services used and have already been out to test my lawn to repair the damages done before. I'll never leave again.

Since using Platinum Lawns our grass is greener, healthier and weed free. They are always here when they say they are going to be and we are so glad that we took the leap and started utilizing their services to make our Lawn the best it can be!!!
